Security guards for Christmas holiday season
The guarding at night had the desired effect. There were only two incidents of criminal behaviour on 23 December and all culprits, who were holidaymakers, were identified with the assistance with the camaras in our town. It shows the importance of supporting our camera fund!! Thank you for each contributor to the success of the project. All funds received and marked “guards” or “December” in our bank account are ring-fenced for this purpose.
Membership fees
You are encouraged to pay your 2022 annual membership fees of R350 (or any amount more than this would be greatly appreciated). BRRAG @ work
Photos taken after a week of clean-up of Bushman’s River bank by Gugu and Julius.
A big thank you to Noks of Bushman’s Creek who made available his truck to remove the collected concrete, bricks, tyres, planks, and general rubbish.
Work will continue with Ndlambe, and Nature Conservation to remove old concrete structures and derelict jetties.
Residents are advised to obtain the required permission from Ndlambe before constructing any structures.
Silting of the Bushman’s River
