Notice to all boat owners – the date for mooring renewal permits is 1 July annually (the same date as for boat licences).
By-laws for Control of Boats and other activities on rivers within jurisdiction of Ndlambe municipality 39, 2003 states that: Sec 3.1 “When not in use boats shall be securley anchored or moored in any area approved by the Council so as to not endanger other boats on the river or along the shores of the river”
