Update regarding new development in Bushmans!
The owner of the Remainder of the farm Marcelle No. 348 is proposing the subdivision and rezoning of the property. It is the intention that the property will be divided into seven portions which will be rezoned in order to accommodate general business (shopping mall, offices), residential housing as well as a petrol station.
